Goodness Return/Cancellation Policy
Goodness wants to cover all aspects of a good experience – this extends to our return/cancellation policies. Customers can return the product, and receive a full refund, if it has been sold post-expiration, or is damaged. To apply for a return/cancellation, customers must send a photo of the damaged product and the order ID.
In case the product was sold past the date of expiration, customers must send a photo of the product, the order ID and a close capture of the date of expiration. Photos, order ID and a refund request must be sent to our registered address within 14 days of the purchase.
For cancellations before product delivery – customers must send in their order cancellation request at email@example.com with the order ID within 2 hours of placing their order.
